How To Make Meatless Jamaican Stew Peas
If I was stuck on a desert island and I could only get one meal, I would order Stew Peas.
This Jamaican dish is my most favourite and I love to make this for either lunch or dinner,
as it is so quick easy and cheap to make.
The dish is called Stew Peas and this is what it is called in Jamaica. However,
the peas that are used are called kidney beans or red peas in some other countries.
The original/traditional recipe contains meat but this is the meatless vegan version.
If you don't have fresh coconut milk you can use tinned.
