I love sharing my recipes and healthy eating techniques with others and I am blessed to have lots of opportunities to do that. I am off the Vegfest-Bristol 2016 on sunday and I look forward to the amazing array of food, colours, aromas and creative vegan ideas that is included in this wonderful event.
I am putting some sunshine into vegan food by giving it a Jamaican twist. So my cooking demos at Vegfest will include:
– Sweet Potato Burgers
– Coconut, Cinnamon & Raisin Spelt Bread
In addition I will be doing a short presentation entitled How To Become A Vegan. This is a presentation that has been very popular and I have produced this as a direct response to the many people who have asked me that very same question “How Do You Become A Vegan”
I have been super busy leading up to Vegfest as I have launched my own brand of raw organic coconut oil. Available on Amazon.co.uk, Kirly-Sue’s Kitchen raw organic virgin coconut oil comes in a 500ml glass jar wrapped in a lovely organza bag. In addition customers get a free recipe booklet with every purchase.
In addition I have a column in Pride Magazine (a glossy women’s beauty magazine) that gives me a lovely platform to talk about vegan food to thousands of non-vegans
I look forward to seeing you at Vegfest Bristol, get your tickets today and come and join in the vegan fun.
