Quick & Easy Almond Milk 

There has been recent news about manufacturers producing almond milk using hardly any almonds.

I realise that it’s quite easy to make it yourself, so here is a recipe that is quick and easy to make. 


– 200 grams (1 cup ) blanched almonds

– 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or maple syrup)

– 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 

– 32 ounces of water (4 cups )


– Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes 

– Strain using a muslin cloth ( can also use cheese cloth or nut milk bag)

– Place in a container and store in the fridge
