Quick & Easy Almond Milk 

   There has been recent news about manufacturers producing almond milk using hardly any almonds. I realise that it's quite easy to make it yourself, so here is a recipe that is quick and easy to make.  INGREDIENTS - 200 grams (1 cup ) blanched almonds - 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or maple syrup) - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt  - 32 ounces of water (4 cups ) METHOD - Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes  - Strain using a muslin cloth ( can also use cheese cloth or nut milk bag) - Place in a container and store in the fridge - Remember to shake the almond milk be for use
