   3- Frys sausages

These are one of my go to items when I want to make a quick meal. They are great as hot dogs or in a stew. I have also cut them up finely and had them in pitta bread with sale and sweet chilli sauce, yumm and they cook in just 8 minutes

Granola is not the cheapest item to buy and so many of them contain too much sugar or other ingredients that are not very healthy

Well how about having a go at making it yourself. Because that way yo will know exactly what is in it and you can save some money too.
